Need Help - Bedroom set

My husband and I bought a new home (my first time ever) and I have a unique way of decorating. For instance my dining room set is black base with glass top and 4 princess chairs. When I saw the display at your store in N. Olmsted, OH it had 4 different color chairs (bamboo, 
tangerine, ice, green apple) to show the options and I chose one of each because it looks fabulous. That's just an example of how I love color and choice. 

So it was a no brainer for us to buy our living room, dining room, and bedroom set all at Levin. We did have to travel a bit to East Side to get them all but it worked out wonderfully. Even when it turned out after delivery that one piece in our bedroom collection was a different color, it was swapped for the right one quite quickly. A short time later it turns out that our TV made marks on the entertainment center you said it was our problem because we should put a pad down first. No problem we agreed. 

Our issue at this moment is that the frame at which our bed sits on the vertical boards on the sides just literally broke in half and not repairable at all. We have to stack wood under at just the right level to be straight to hold the bed up. This occurred all of a sudden one day. When we bought all of the furniture from Levin in North Olmsted, your sales person was Mary Mattai
we were assured that all the warranties we purchased along with the ones that came with the purchase would cover any problem in the future. 

As it be at this point in our position we are very very very disappointed in the process you have left us in. The run-around we get from one department to another passing the buck without any solution not to mention that it has to be an "accident" in order to be repaired is ridiculous. Who has an accident in the bed in order to have a 2X4 break vertically. We spent alot of money on my first purchases to my first home because of the selection, customer service (at the time), beauty, color, convenience, supporting local business, and all around experience to be left with sorry not our problem only makes me sad enough to cry and still have to figure out how to fix this ouselves when all we really need is a replacement slat that holds my bed up.
