Levin Furniture Complaint

Unbelievable bad service and customer care
I ordered a wardrobe, two chest of drawers, bedside table. mirror and a bed from the Bearewood store.
When I ordered the furniture I asked the salesman if they would assemble the bed for me and if they would take away all the packaging. As I am disabled this would be difficult for me to do. He assured me they would.
When the furniture arrived I was told they couldn't assemble the bed or take the packaging away. It was an extra charge. I told them than in that case the could take the stuff back. Reluctantly they agreed to do what I asked.
It then transpired that they had brought the wrong wardrobe and only one chest of drawers. The delivery man assured me that I would be contacted to change the wardrobe doors and deliver the other chest of drawers. That was on 19th September. I am still waiting to hear from them.
Fortunately for me I paid cash on delivery so did not pay for the chest of drawers that was not delivered.
This is not the first time I have had bad service from this store but it will certainly be the last.
Avoid these people at all costs.
